Comparing the Hot Pushing Elbow Machine , Cold Bending Elbow Machine need less land for landing the machine and for the power cost ,the Cold Pushing Elbow Machine need less power than the Hot Forming Elbow Machine for producing the same size Seamless Elbow .

Cold Bending Elbow Machine can produce form 1/2-24 inch elbow. The bending radius is 1.5 D and the raw material need to be angle cut. The cut degree is 52 degree and 62 degree . Then do straight cut on the 62 degree part . Then put the pipe into the Cold Bending Elbow Machine and do forming elbows. Every size of elbow has their own cutting length . So the elbow cold forming machine can save much raw material pipe . It can help the producer gain more benefit from the whole process .

The series of carbon steel elbow forming machine is mainly used for carbon steel, stainless steel,alloy steel ,copper,aluminum 1D, 1.25D,1.5D,3D elbow cold push molding, push mode has the steel ball and core rod pushing in two ways. Core rod forming push system equipped with a semi-automatic mechanical demolding device.

The host comprises a body(frame),die-closing cylinder ,side pushing cylinder, demolding device. A control mechanism is composed of power station,limiting device ,pipeline and electrical control box, operation box.

The forming principle:pipe blank ,in the tunnel cavity by external locking,is pushed by hydraulic top rod from the guide section into forming cavity equiped inner core bending. then demold by demolding device.the whole process is control by PLC.

Standard export packing,woodbox loaded,airframe coverd with one layer transparent plastic film.
